This research is a quantitative research was conducted by survey method. The research instrument used is questionnaire. Research data was processed by using multiple linier regression analysis method which tabulated using the SPSS for Windows version 22 program. The results showed that: (1) there was significant influence with positive correlation of TAPCK ability on teacher performance of elementary school teachers, this was proved by the result of hypothesis test of significant 0,006 < α (0,05); (2) there was significant influence wich positive correlation of emotional intelligence on teacher performance of elementary school teachers, this was proved by the result of hypothesis test of significant 0,007 < α (0,05); (3) there was significant influence of TPACK ability and emotional intelligence silmutaneously to the performance of elementary school teachers, this was proved by test result F hitung>F tabel (7,262 > 3,10). The multiple linear regression analysis equation obtained Ŷ = 21,792 + 0,332 X1 + 0,483 X2. 摘要
本研究旨在分析西劳劳小学区小学教师的TPACK能力(Technological Pedagogical And Content Knowledge)和情绪智力对教师绩效的影响。本研究采用调查法进行定量研究。研究工具为问卷调查。研究数据采用多元线性回归分析方法,采用SPSS for Windows version 22程序制表。结果表明:(1)TAPCK能力对小学教师的教师绩效有显著的正相关影响,假设检验结果为显著0.006 <α(0 05);(2)小学教师的情绪智力对教师绩效有显著的正相关影响,假设检验的结果为显著的0.007 <α(0 05);(3) TPACK能力和情绪智力同时对小学教师的绩效有显著的影响,这一点已被测试结果F hitung>F table (7262 >F)所证明。3、10)。得到多元线性回归分析方程Ŷ = 21,792 + 0,332 X1 + 0,483 X2。正回归结果表明,TPACK能力和情绪智力越高,其绩效越高。
