HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT IN CRISIS SITUATIONS

The purpose of this study is to determine the impact of the ongoing economic crisis and increasing social tension among the working population in the Republic of Kazakhstan, which is of great importance for the development of the country's economy. Methodology. In the process of research, general scientifi c methods such as analysis, synthesis, induction, deduction and comparison are applied. A special method of quantitative analysis is also actively involved, including grouping of primary data and statistical observation. The originality / scientifi c value of this work is due to the growth of problems in the economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan caused by the global crisis and, as a consequence, the formation of anti-crisis management and the development of human resource management methods in a crisis. Findings.
