Secondly, support vector machine (SVM) was used to predict the springback of micro W-bending. Afterwards, the prediction values obtained by support vector machine were compared with the experimental results. It is showed that the predicted values fit well with the experimental values. The minimum relative error is 0.3%. 摘要

准确预测和有效控制微w弯曲回弹对提高微w弯曲尺寸精度和成形质量具有重要意义。本文首次提出了微w弯曲的概念。首先,采用基于i -最优准则的试验设计方法,对影响成形精度的4个因素(箔厚、增益尺寸、冲床频率和冲床位移)进行了测试,得到56组数据;其次,利用支持向量机(SVM)对微w弯曲回弹进行预测;然后,将支持向量机得到的预测值与实验结果进行比较。结果表明,预测值与实验值吻合较好。最小相对误差为0.3%。最后提出了控制和提高w型微弯曲件成形精度的措施,为今后控制和提高w型微弯曲件的成形精度提供参考。
