摘要

本研究旨在探讨教师胜任力与学生成绩的关系。本研究使用的数据来源为一手和二手数据,以望加锡市教育文化办公室的PNS教师为样本,共183名教师被调查者。本研究使用的数据分析是结构方程模型(SEM)。基于研究结果,胜任力对望加锡市高中教师的学习成绩有正向显著的影响,而胜任力对学生成绩的评价对望加锡市高中学生的学习成绩有正向显著的影响。干预变量检验结果表明,望加锡市高中通过教师绩效对学生学习成绩产生正向显著的评价能力,当教师绩效对学生学习成绩产生显著影响时,对学生学习成绩产生直接的胜任力投诉。
