摘要

电力系统正在从传统的集中式大容量系统向更分散的系统转变,分布式发电安装在接近需求消耗的地方。由于几种替代能源技术已经商业化,分布式发电机通常具有可再生的性质。本文提出了一种确定最佳替代发电组合的两阶段方法。采用单纯形法确定了不同类型发电机组的最优组成和容量。与此同时,还解决了配电网的电力损耗最小化和电压稳定问题。采用后向-前向扫描方法对分布式能源进行优化配置。采用IEEE 33总线测试系统验证了该方法的有效性。
