摘要

本研究的目的是分析和检验职业发展和动机对三邦县社区赋权机构的晋升和员工绩效的影响。研究方法采用定量方法,样本为57名员工。结果表明,职业发展和激励对员工绩效的影响显著,职业发展和激励对晋升的影响显著,晋升对员工绩效的影响显著,工作晋升能够提高员工绩效,职业发展和激励对工作晋升和员工绩效的影响显著。
