From the perspective of drivers, the use intention of drivers when the shared parking cost changes is obtained through RP and SP surveys, a multiple logit model is constructed to predict the probability of drivers choosing the shared parking scheme under different parking cost levels, and calculate the times and change rate of drivers using shared parking under each parking cost level. The research shows that the decrease of parking cost has a positive impact on the use times of shared parking, while the increase of parking cost has a negative impact on the use times of shared parking. High parking cost will inhibit the development of shared parking; At the same time, the sensitivity of shared parking use times to the increase and decrease of parking cost is different. When the parking cost increases by 80%, the use times is only 3.499 times / month, and the utilization rate decreases by 76.21%; When the parking fee was reduced by 80%, the number of times of use was 19.83 times / month, and the utilization rate increased by 34.85%.
