ON CERTAIN ASPECTS OF THE CLASSIFICATION OF ADVISORY BODIES OF THE SYSTEM OF THE MINISTRY OF INTERNAL AFFAIRS OF RUSSIA

The article is devoted to the classification of advisory bodies of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia. It is noted that in legal science, classification is one of the techniques of legal technique, which is often used to resolve not only scientific issues, but also the tasks of establishing the true state of af-fairs of a certain field of activity. The activity of the institute of advisory bodies is considered to be a classic, as well as a productive way of effective management in the system of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia. Every-where, management in the internal affairs bodies is based on the constant search, adoption and execution of organizational and administrative decisions that are designed to effectively influence on its sustainable activity, and promising development in the future. Against the background of the changing situation in the country and in the world, all public authorities need to use new approaches to making and developing organizational and administrative decisions.
