The research was conducted by descriptive qualitative research through three phases; observation, interviewing and documentation. It was conducted in SMA Negeri 1 Badar, especially grade X. The data were gathered by administering interview and observation to 20 respondents to get the students’ needs. The interview and observation results prove that the teaching strategy is not implemented well and need to be improved. The average scores are the first from English lecturer and the second from English teacher. It means that the implementation of teaching strategy in conducting speaking skill as suitable or approriate for grade X of SMA Negeri 1 Badar. 摘要
本研究旨在探讨适合高中学生需要的英语口语教学策略。本研究采用描述性定性研究方法，分三个阶段进行;观察、访谈和记录。调查在巴达尔州的SMA Negeri 1年级，特别是x年级进行，通过对20名受访者进行访谈和观察来收集数据，以了解学生的需求。访谈和观察结果表明，该教学策略实施效果不佳，有待改进。平均分数第一名来自英语讲师，第二名来自英语教师。这意味着口语技巧教学策略的实施适合或适宜于SMA Negeri 1 Badar的X级学生。关键词:描述性质的研究，口语技巧，课程2013。
