A state-space low frequency model of the converter is presented. The main considered disturbances are firstly a load unbalance on the DC side, and secondly a short-time increase or drops of the AC supply voltage. The mathematical model of the converter is built using the averaging method applied on a dual time basis. The obtained parametric model, expressed in the (d, q, 0) rotating reference frame, is a fourth-order time-invariant system. Manifestly, the model parameters depend on the operating conditions. Simulation results are performed allowing the assessment on the relation's existence between parameters and their corresponding operating disturbances. Then, a feedback linearization control approach is applied to the converter. 摘要
本文介绍并分析了三相三开关三电平升压整流器的异常工作状态对其性能的影响。提出了变换器的状态空间低频模型。主要考虑的干扰首先是直流侧的负载不平衡,其次是交流电源电压的短时上升或下降。采用双时间平均法建立了变换器的数学模型。得到的参数模型是一个四阶定常系统,用(d, q, 0)旋转参照系表示。显然,模型参数取决于操作条件。仿真结果允许评估参数之间的存在关系及其相应的运行干扰。然后,对变换器采用反馈线性化控制方法。分析了主电压缩短和电源突发性过电压对线路电流和直流输出电压的影响。
