The blended research data through the purposive sampling technique are analyzed quantitatively and qualitatively. This research shows that many State Islamic Religious College (PTKIN) is not ready to face APT 3.0. Only 28.6% (two out of seven) of PTKIN have excellent internal management and quality assurance system. The lecturer ratio's accreditation score has reached 42.8% (three out of seven) of PTKIN, but the professors' ratio is still meager, only 2.96%.
