Analysis of bidirectional switch solutions based on different power devices
The numerous limitations of Electro Mechanical Relays (EMRs) for implementing Single-Pole, Single-Throw (SPST) Bi-Directional Switches (BDS) lead to new developments based on power semiconductor devices.
