摘要

为了解决人力资源配置的优化问题,本文分析了人力资源成本的相关政策和规则,采用整数规划方法对人力资源配置进行优化。建立的模型显示了优化模型的灵活性。本研究为定量分析我国国有企业人力资源优化配置提供了一种良好的方法。不同的企业法律可以借鉴本文的思路和方法,根据自身的成本承受能力、企业文化、政策特点等考虑,解决人力资源的优化配置问题。
