Knowledge society, strengthening its status, and adding some knowledge to libraries, especially Jordanian libraries. One of the most important results of the study is that the role of women in leading change is ideological education, behavioral education, psychological education, and physical education. A clear strategic vision, fourth: directing the team, fifth: empowerment, sixth: providing a guide, seventh: consolidating new concepts. The proposal was suitable for application from the point of view of specialists and experts.
