{"title":"一项根据变革的领导作用激活妇女创造性作用的建议","authors":"","doi":"10.61212/jsd/106","DOIUrl":null,"url":null,"abstract":"The study aims to identify the requirements for activating the creative role of women in societies, supporting them, preparing them and qualifying them to lead change, improvement and development in light of the challenges of globalization, the knowledge revolution and the digital explosion, and keeping pace with the needs of the digital age, through the descriptive and analytical approach by reviewing previous studies and relevant educational literature in the Arab world (2020-2022) In the light of the results of previous studies and according to the researcher's vision, the current study builds a proposal for leadership to apply and demonstrate in our institutions. Knowledge society, strengthening its status, and adding some knowledge to libraries, especially Jordanian libraries. One of the most important results of the study is that the role of women in leading change is ideological education, behavioral education, psychological education, and physical education. A clear strategic vision, fourth: directing the team, fifth: empowerment, sixth: providing a guide, seventh: consolidating new concepts. The proposal was suitable for application from the point of view of specialists and experts.
