摘要

英语是高职教育的必修公共基础课程,培养学生在工作环境中运用英语的基本能力。高职英语教学以职业需求为导向,打破传统的教学体系观念,深刻把握新时期教学改革的方向。针对英语教学中存在的“教学内容与职业需求脱节、实践教学环节形式化、缺乏与思想政治教育的有效结合、传统教学模式面临新的挑战”等问题,提出了以职业需求为导向的英语教学改革措施:争取英语教学内容与职业需求的高度契合,开展以职业需求为导向的英语教学评价,根据学生的英语水平和职业需求实行分层次教学,开展英语自学,提高与职业需求的匹配度,开展产教结合的英语实践教学。
