This modified technique quantifies the degree of stability for efficient decision-making units (DMUs) while accounting for the simultaneous change in data for all. Mean, the change in input and output data is defined for which the DMU under evaluation remains efficient. The solution method comprises a linear programming formulation that yields the allowable percentage change in data.
