This research uses a descriptive qualitative research type. The data source informants in the study consisted of teachers, students and three parents of class III elementary schools in one of the Legok Districts, Tangerang Regency. Data collection techniques in this study used observation, interviews and documentation. All interview data were analyzed by means of data collection, data reduction, data presentation and ending with conclusions. The results of this study state that there are problems faced by teachers, students and parents during online learning, such as low mastery of using technology, low enthusiasm of students in participating in learning, limitations in owning technological tools, difficulty in allocating time to accompany children to study at home because parents are busy working. 摘要

本研究的目的是找出小学在线学习中教育者、学生和家长所面临的问题。本研究采用描述性定性研究类型。本研究的资料来源为坦格朗县乐谷区一所小学的教师、学生及三名家长。本研究采用观察法、访谈法和文献法收集数据。通过数据收集、数据还原、数据呈现和结论结束对所有访谈数据进行分析。本研究的结果表明,教师、学生和家长在在线学习中都面临着一些问题,如对技术使用的掌握程度不高,学生参与学习的积极性不高,拥有技术工具的限制,由于父母工作繁忙,难以分配时间陪伴孩子在家学习。综上所述,在新冠肺炎疫情期间,在线学习可能是一种替代学习方式,但由于在线学习的所有缺点和障碍,它不能完全取代面对面学习的有效性。关键词:问题,在线学习,小学
