Based on the results of data analysis using the t test, it is known that partially leadership, communication, and division of labor have a significant effect on employee performance. 摘要

本研究旨在检验和分析领导、沟通和分工对员工绩效的影响。在本研究中使用饱和抽样,饱和抽样是一种抽样技术,当所有的人口成员作为样本。本研究的样本是80名员工。数据分析采用SPSS软件。根据t检验数据分析的结果可知,部分领导、沟通、分工对员工绩效有显著影响。同时,同时测试(F检验)对员工绩效有显著影响。
