摘要

气动ABS电磁阀作为商用车气动防抱死制动系统(ABS)中最关键的部件,其动态特性直接影响到ABS的有效性。本文在MATLAB/ SIMULINK平台上对气动ABS电磁阀进行了建模与仿真,开发了气动ABS硬件在环(HIL)试验台,完成了气动ABS电磁阀动态特性的测试。在仿真和试验结果的基础上,分析了影响电磁阀动态特性的因素,提出了电磁阀的设计准则。
