摘要

高速机械转子表面空气摩擦损失较大,难以准确测定。本文对额定转速为60000rpm的高速永磁电机转子摩擦损失进行了理论和实验研究。基于流体场的三维有限元分析,计算了不同转子转速下的摩擦损失。根据不同转速下整机的试验总损耗,通过损耗分离得到试验摩擦损耗。计算的摩擦损失与试验结果吻合较好,表明了摩擦损失计算方法的有效性和可行性。
