This research was carried out with the aim of determining the level of effectiveness of the implementation of online learning during covid-19 (Study in the Department of Administrative Sciences, Faculty of Social Sciences and Law, State Universitas Negeri Makassar). This research uses a quantitative research approach with a descriptive type of research. The population in this study was students of the Department of Administrative Sciences, Faculty of Social Sciences, State University of Makassar, class of 2018 – 2020 with a total of 1,050 people.  The total sample was 15%, which was 157 people. Data collection is carried out with various techniques including observation, questionnaires, interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique used is percentage analysis. 摘要

在2019冠状病毒病期间实施在线学习是一种学习模式,作为政府政策的一种形式,目前在印度尼西亚全国范围内应用,旨在减少covid-19在该国的传播链。开展这项研究的目的是确定covid-19期间实施在线学习的有效性水平(在望加锡国立大学社会科学与法律学院行政科学系进行的研究)。本研究采用定量研究方法和描述性研究。本研究的研究对象是望加锡州立大学社会科学学院行政科学系2018 - 2020届的学生,共1050人。总样本占15%,也就是157人。数据收集采用各种技术,包括观察、问卷调查、访谈和记录。使用的数据分析技术是百分比分析。结果显示,在2019冠状病毒病期间实施在线学习的有效性水平(在望加锡大学社会科学与法律学院行政科学系进行的研究),根据与学习目标相关的内容或学习材料的存在、使用适当的学习方法、使用各种格式的学习媒体(如文本、视觉、视频、多媒体等)的指标,被归类为有效。并且可以同步或异步发生。
