摘要

目的:本研究的目的是研究工作负荷和压力对大学学生学业成绩的影响,进而探讨应对工作负荷和压力对学生学业成绩的影响。设计/方法/方法:本次研究共选取750名学生作为研究对象,抽取250名学生作为样本进行问卷调查。通过SPSS对150名学生的反馈进行分析。结果:本研究发现,工作负荷、压力、倦怠与学业成绩之间存在显著的负相关关系。就像学习成绩会下降,如果倦怠,工作负荷和压力会增加。局限性:本研究选择的样本量很小,研究时间也很有限。
