摘要

本研究考察了影响公共部门雇员决定参加两种强制性退休计划之一的因素。对348名马来西亚公立大学员工进行了调查,并使用逻辑回归模型对所得数据进行了分析。结果表明,知识、计划特征、退休收入来源、健康状况、工作流动性和延长工作时间是影响退休计划选择的因素。除了扩展现有的退休计划文献外,本研究还提供了对不同退休制度情景下员工退休决策的进一步理解。
