The development of Ceric-cerous technique is traced from 1980 to the present day with reference to its use as processing control dosimeter. To the same purpose the residual TL of the 280°C peak of natural quartz is suggested for the first time to extend its gamma-ray response up to 100 kGy. The factors affecting on measurement accuracy for both systems are improved to satisfy the requirements for quality control of irradiated products. 摘要
