摘要

在过去15年中,在卫生领域(电子卫生),特别是在移动技术(移动卫生)方面,信息和通信技术的使用有所增加。然而,关于营养学家如何在哥斯达黎加的实践中采用这些技术,人们知之甚少。本研究的目的是确定营养学家如何使用移动技术,以及可纳入其实践的不同服务的感知有用性。我们进行了一项在线调查,分析了185名营养学家的反馈。在样本中,69.7%的人认为在营养中使用移动设备作为营养护理过程的支持“非常重要”和“非常有用”(77.3%)。尽管79.5%的受访者表示愿意提供个性化的移动服务,但实际使用此类服务的人很少。根据我们的研究结果,有机会在电子健康档案、患者自我监测目标进展以及营养师的通知和提醒等领域实施移动技术服务。
