This research method utilises one group pretest-posttest experiment design and data were collected utilising a questionnaire technique for 55 women who were selected purposively to develop business. Another data collection procedure is a market survey that targets to discover what sorts of products which have marketing opportunities based on consumer needs. Data were analyzed by means of two difference analysis techniques with T-Test followed by Regression test. The results exhibited a significant difference before and after the training.
