Based on the results of this paper, no model transformation is used. New Delay-Dependent Criterion on Robust Stability of Neutral Systems with Nonlinear Uncertainties
In the paper, an asymptotic stability condition for a class of uncertain neutral systems with time-varying delays is considered.
