摘要

本文旨在通过案例分析的方法探讨知识与职业之间的潜在关系。采用半结构化访谈法和案例分析法对定性数据进行收集和分析。研究结果表明:(1)员工离职时,知识也随之流失;(2)事业作为知识的宝库;(3)职业变动导致知识更新,反之亦然。研究结果有助于对已有文献的补充,为进一步研究知识管理之间的联系奠定了理论基础。
