The instruments to gather the data were observation, questionnaires and unstructrured interview. 摘要

本研究旨在说明在综合英语课堂上利用WhatsApp应用程序进行的一些学习活动,以及学生对其实施的反应。这项研究是在日惹科技大学会计系进行的。本研究以2018/2019学年会计A班66名学生为研究对象。收集数据的工具为观察、问卷调查和非结构化访谈。本研究的结果表明,WhatsApp应用程序可以作为辅助学生学习综合英语的有益设备之一,并且在学生的学习过程中使用WhatsApp得到了积极的反应。
