摘要

本文针对石化企业循环水系统的耗水量问题,建立了换热器网络的分级上部结构模型。该模型可采用MINLP编程方法求解。考虑无并联和并联的特点,采用分段超结构法对换热器网络进行同步优化。从而实现了公司的节能,也实现了循环水系统能耗最小的目标。提出的工业水循环系统优化与技术路线图,对工艺优化的研究与应用具有重要的参考价值。

Optimization research of the circulating water consumption based on stage-wise superstructure algorithm
