摘要

ICT(Industrial computed Tomography,工业计算机断层扫描)断层数据不可避免地存在误差,从而直接影响模型重建的可能性和特征。研究了结构复杂、形状不规则的空腔零件的数据预处理方法,并将其分为平滑处理和简化处理。根据点云特征,采用弧长参数自适应平滑方法将轮廓数据划分为内环和外环。在平滑过程中,原始数据全部保留,在下一次约简过程中,根据角度阈值和距离阈值对平滑后的数据进行约简。通过具体算例验证了该方法的有效性,表明该方法对复杂、不规则零件具有较高的加工效率。
