The objective of economic dispatch problem is to schedule output of the committed units such that the total fuel cost is minimized while meeting a set of operating constraints. In this paper, two modified particle swarm optimization algorithms with one of the accelerating coefficients being constant are proposed to solve the economic power dispatch problem with piecewise quadratic cost functions. The proposed algorithm was verified by applying to a 10-unit system available in literature. The results demonstrate that the feasibility and capability of the proposed method for solving economic dispatch problems with nonsmooth cost functions. Without generating one random number during the process, computation time is saved. 摘要

电力经济调度问题在电力系统的运行中起着重要的作用。经济调度问题的目标是在满足一组运行约束条件的情况下,调度承诺机组的产量,使总燃料成本最小。针对分段二次代价函数的电力经济调度问题,提出了两种加速系数保持不变的改进粒子群优化算法。通过文献中已有的10单元系统验证了该算法的有效性。结果表明,该方法能够有效地解决具有非光滑成本函数的经济调度问题。在此过程中不产生一个随机数,节省了计算时间。同时,该算法的参数调整工作也减少了,参数更少。
