For each grounding system the step and touch voltage will be obtained and the entire grounding system will be analyzed by boundary element method. The paper introduces a new grounding system which decreases the step voltage, touch voltage and grounding resistance. The MATLAB is used for programming and simulation of the proposed grounding system.
