摘要

在评估租金趋势时,由于估价师对物业租金的估值不准确,投资者无法依赖房地产交易的市场数据。因此,本研究的目的是确定办公楼租金的影响特征。本研究基于PRISMA系统评价和元分析,对办公楼租金的影响特征进行系统评价。研究结果表明,绿色标签、空置水平和地点特征等办公室租金决定因素对办公室租金有显著影响。本文为投资者和估价师在房地产市场中确定写字楼租金价值提供了新的见解。

INFLUENCE FEATURES OF OFFICE BUILDING RENTAL: A SYSTEMATIC LITERATURE REVIEW
