The system solves deep underground detection issues after overcome of various difficulties. And it uses cable to fulfill large amount, high speed data transmission. 摘要

天然气储气井长期暴露在含硫元素和地下水的作用下,会发生腐蚀和变薄。为了解决这一问题,提出了一种基于超声检测的气井无损检测系统。该系统主要包括超声波信号采集和数据分析与显示。利用旋转反射结构反射超声波,实现井下全覆盖探测。该系统克服了各种困难,解决了地下深层探测问题。采用电缆实现大容量、高速的数据传输。以标准样管为测试对象,测试结果表明:所设计的气井腐蚀检测系统能够判断腐蚀储气井情况,具有检测深度好、重复性好、稳定性好、可靠性高等优点。
