O caos como conceito jurídico-constitucional em um contexto de crises multissetoriais e sistêmicas

Based on the need to overcome the dualism of normality and exception, this article will discuss the possibility of developing chaos as a legal-constitutional concept, especially in contexts of multisectoral crises and systemic crises. Initially, a historical reconstruction of the origins of conceptual categories such as nomos, normality, exception and chaos will be carried out. Following, the concepts of crisis and syndemic will be the subject of a brief analysis. Finally, the concept of chaos will be framed in the legal-constitutional plan as an entity ontologically opposed to constitutional normality.
