Based on the theory of planned behavior, this paper discusses the influence mechanism of consumers' green cognition level on green consumption behavior. This study used SPSS 19.0 to perform reliability and validity test, and hypothesis test on 110 valid questionnaires. Research found that consumers' green cognition level has a positive impact on green consumption behavior. The specific mechanism is that consumers' environmental problem perception and green consumption knowledge affect consumers' green consumption consciousness, and then affect their green consumption behavior. In addition, consumers who are female, younger, with higher education level and higher income have higher green cognition level. 摘要

绿色认知水平是消费者环境问题感知、绿色消费知识和绿色消费意识的综合体现。本文基于计划行为理论,探讨了消费者绿色认知水平对绿色消费行为的影响机制。本研究采用SPSS 19.0软件对110份有效问卷进行信度、效度检验和假设检验。研究发现,消费者的绿色认知水平对绿色消费行为有正向影响。具体机制是消费者的环境问题认知和绿色消费知识影响消费者的绿色消费意识,进而影响消费者的绿色消费行为。此外,女性、年轻、受教育程度高、收入高的消费者绿色认知水平较高。研究结果为企业开展绿色营销提供了参考。
