For this reason, the government plays a role and is responsible for providing education to improve the quality of public education. The purpose of this study was to analyze the budget for the education sector using the maqasid sharia concept. This research was conducted in Bener Meriah district, with the data source used in the form of secondary data, namely financial report data on the realization of the Benar Meriah district government's budget in the field of education. By analyzing data using descriptive qualitative methods by collecting data, then compiling and managing and analyzing data to describe certain circumstances. The results of this study indicate that the budget allocation for education in Bener Meriah district in its application has not fully dominated the dharuriiyah concept using five indicators. 摘要

教育是提高人力资源和促进国家或地区繁荣的关键。因此,政府发挥作用,并有责任提供教育,以提高公共教育的质量。本研究的目的是利用伊斯兰教法的概念分析教育部门的预算。本研究在贝纳梅里亚地区进行,数据来源采用二级数据的形式,即贝纳梅里亚地区政府在教育领域预算实现情况的财务报告数据。采用描述性定性的方法对数据进行分析,通过收集数据,然后对数据进行整理、管理和分析来描述一定的情况。本研究结果表明,贝纳梅里亚地区的教育预算分配在其应用中并没有完全主导达鲁里耶概念。然而,预算分配更侧重于:第一是保护后代,第二是保护宗教,第三是保护理性,而对生命财产的保护并不优先。
