One key challenge of aeronautical satellite communication systems is how to perfectly design the airplane-born satellite equipments and effectively put these equipments with low aerodynamic resistance. This paper provides the system design of an aeronautical satellite high data rate transmission and gives the mechanical structure design and simulation analysis of such system.
