It will also explore the moderating role of supervisor support that modifies the employee attitude towards job performance in large industrial companies in Jordan. Moreover, with the use of social member exchange and motivational theories, the theoretical framework of this study is justified. Empirical evidences from a broad strand of performance literature will validate the significant and theoretical justification of this research. The research design of this study will consist of two phases and will involve both qualitative and quantitative research approaches.
