摘要

行星齿轮箱是风力发电机的重要组成部分。行星齿轮箱在设计、生产、安装、使用过程中存在着许多随机的不确定因素,这些不确定因素极大地影响着行星齿轮箱的使用寿命和可靠性。因此,在设计过程中需要考虑不确定因素的影响,以降低失效的风险。本文提出了一种基于证据理论的不确定性设计优化方法,该方法在优化过程中可以同时考虑区间变量和随机变量。然后以兆瓦级风力发电机行星齿轮箱为研究对象,分析其不确定性来源。最后,对行星齿轮箱进行了优化设计。结果表明,采用本文方法得到的设计方案更加可靠。
