First, the chaotic sequences generated by chaotic system, using encryption system randomly generated a set of keys, and then using the keys to scramble the image pixel position and pixel values, which is a good way to avoid the key sequence unchanged of the HIE encryption. To against attack, the algorithm encrypted in a way of one time one keys. In addition, the paper diffused encrypted three color components R, G, B of a picture again, to avoid the drawbacks of breaking one of the components can know the all plaintext messages.
