摘要

本研究的目的是通过组织承诺来确定组织文化和内在动机对员工绩效的影响。本研究的自变量为组织文化和内在动机,因变量为员工绩效,干预变量为组织承诺。这项研究在Kantor Kementerian Agama Kota Serang举行。样本取自100名受访者。初步资料采用问卷调查法收集,并采用结构方程模型(SEM)统计工具进行分析。对分析结果进行了分析,结果表明组织文化对员工绩效有积极显著的影响,内在动机对员工绩效有积极显著的影响,组织承诺对员工绩效有积极显著的影响。

Influence of Organizational Culture and Intrinsic Motivation on Employee Performance Through Organizational Commitment as an Intervening Variable
