摘要
在本文中,我们提出了一种基于QoE的切换方法,以保持像移动IPTV这样的视频流服务的体验质量。由于移动终端具有双模接口,业务用户希望选择并接入能够提供所需质量的网络。由于无线局域网的接收信号强度指标(Received Signal Strength Indicator)较弱,导致视频质量下降,移动终端需要动态切换到3G (alternative access network)。通过实验,我们发现现有的基于QoS的切换方法不适合保持视频质量,并评估了RSSI和MSSIM(平均结构相似度)的阈值来确定接入点之间切换的时刻。
