However, a problem reported in the literature is the deficiency presented by these tools regarding their usability, which can have a negative impact on the tasks performed by the developers. In this context, this article presents a systematic mapping of the literature, in which was identified, catalogued, and classified studies whose focus is the usability analysis in CASE tools.
