摘要

为避免级联故障下负载侵蚀导致备份保护不正常运行,研究了备份保护脆弱性评估方法。本文将备份防护的脆弱性评估问题表述为一个混合整数非线性规划问题,并采用二元粒子群优化方法进行求解。给出了评价备份保护脆弱性的度量指标。在新英格兰39总线系统上的仿真结果表明,该方法可以有效地评估级联故障下备份保护的脆弱性。

A methodology for vulnerability assessment of backup protection under cascading failures
