摘要

对广泛切除小肠对大肠运动的影响进行了肌电图研究。实验选用30只体重4 ~ 8公斤的杂种犬。切除小肠上、中、下三分之一后,升结肠电活动明显受到抑制,而降结肠电活动则无明显影响。在切除上、中、下三分之二小肠后,升结肠的动作电位几乎消失,而降结肠则不受这些手术的影响。从上述结果来看,我们认为广泛切除后剩余小肠的功能部分由升结肠代偿。
