摘要

本研究旨在以数字化教学平台为支撑,对《人力资源管理》课程进行改革。9个班共439名学生,采用线上线下混合教学方式,探索改革教学的有效性。从阐述教学模式入手,对教学效果进行满意度调查;调查量表采用专家访谈法、学生访谈法和文献法编制混合学习满意度评价量表,评价混合教学模式的可行性和学生的学习满意度。根据调查数据,满意度得分较高的取向有三种。即教师教学过程、混合式教学模式和学生学习动机。可以用来检验本课程设计的混合式学习的可行性和参考价值。
