ANADOLU SAĞLIK MESLEK LİSELERİNİN ETKİLİ OKUL BOYUTLARI BAĞLAMINDA İNCELENMESİ

This study aims to examine Anatolian Vocational Health High Schools with the qualities of effective schools, identify areas that these schools can improve, and offer suggestions by using the views of their students, teachers and administrators together with the personnel of the hospitals they are cooperating with. This is a qualitative research and case study method was used. The case was selected by purposive sampling method. Data was collected through semi structured interviews. The finding highlight the deficiencies of the pysical infrastructure. Physical deficincies bring about educational problems, as well. Some of the important results are focused in the areas of the quality of the practicum, quality of the teachers, student motivation, ratio of student and teacher numbers, and lack of the assessment of the skills expected to be gained during the practicum.
