The study was conducted in IT industry in India. A structured questionnaire was developed by researcher based on conflict management competencies and its association with emotional intelligence. A sample of 500 software professionals’ primary data was collected through convenience sampling technique and chi square test was used for data analysis which is the best tool to check whether there is association between two variables or not. This analysis is followed by crosstabulation. The statistical data were computed by SPSS 21.0 for Windows. 在本研究中,研究者的目的是调查冲突管理能力和情绪智力的关系在印度IT行业的软件专业人员。这项研究是在印度的IT行业进行的。研究人员根据冲突管理能力及其与情商的关系编制了一份结构化问卷。采用便利抽样法收集了500名软件专业人员的原始数据样本,并采用卡方检验进行数据分析,卡方检验是检验两个变量之间是否存在关联的最佳工具。这种分析之后是交叉稳定。统计数据采用SPSS 21.0 for Windows软件进行计算。分析发现,本研究的自变量和因变量之间存在统计学上显著的正相关;这意味着情绪智力得分的增加与印度IT软件专业人员冲突管理能力得分的增加非常明显相关。
